Our boil in bag line is completely cooked, ready to heat & serve. Prep time and labor is reduced with the user friendly Cryovac© boil in bag products. They will control costs by reducing labor and waste to greatly improve profit margins. All of Carnival Brands boil in bag line is produced at our USDA plant in uptown New Orleans. Quality control is guaranteed!

Shelf Life: 1 year frozen. Each bag is labeled with the name of product, date & batch # to eliminate mystery bags of frozen product in your freezer.

Our sauces and soups can be adapted to many uses.  The Seafood cream sauce is great tossed with your favorite pasta and seafood, or as a toppping on fish with lump crabmeat added to it.  Adding fresh oysters to the Creole Italian Artichoke soup adds a whole new dimension to the already wonderful soup.  Crab & Crawfish cakes can stand alone as an appetizer with our delicious Remoulade sauce.  On top of baby mixed greens as a salad, or as sliders.  The options are unlimited.
