Founded in 1990, Carnival Brands has positioned itself as a leading manufacturer of high quality Créole and Cajun prepared entrées serving the foodservice and retail industries. Everything we produce is made at our facility in the heart of New Orleans.

From its start eighteen years ago, Carnival Brands has been satisfying customers with a collection of award winning culinary favorites ranging from “New Orleans Style” crab & crawfish cakes, soups, muffulettas and boneless stuffed chicken breasts.  

Owned and operated by the Pigéon Family of New Orleans, Carnival Brands' frozen, ready-to-eat cook foods are of the freshest and highest quality - in their ingredients, their preparation, and their authentic Créole-Cajun character that has made the Big Easy a Culinary Icon.
